T kidnaps Gary and takes him before the highest court in the land, where T prosecutes Gary for his crimes...

But T knows he's in for a long day when he sees the judge:

The Gary Coleman Trial

Like the OJ Simpson Trial, only bigger, and with Mr. T as the Prosecutor instead of that hideous witch, Marcia Clark.

As the trial starts, Mr. T finds himself accused of kidnapping Gary!  Hear his eloquent defense.  T also explains why his "Court of Whup Ass" has jurisdiction.  Finally, T refuses to allow Rusty the bailiff to take custody of Gary.

Next, Gary tries to smooth over his criminal record.  But the vigilant lawyer, T cross examines. (T also uses this as a response to Judge Billy Dee's constant references to himself as "his mf'in smoothness.")  Mr. T also accuses Gary of crimes against humanity and puts a tough question to Gary

Mr. T then objects to an improper line of questioning by Gary's high-priced legal team. T also suggests an appropriate punishment, and makes a poignant remark about prison.

Throughout the trial, T has to remind himself not to kill Gary.  At a press conference, T responds to questions of how he will handle Gary's expert attorneys.

T also offers alternate methods Gary could have used to earn money besides crime.

Finally, T delivers a brilliant closing argument, invoking the American traditions of mom, apple pie, and vigilante justice.

At the conclusion of the trial, Judge Billy Dee is ready to render a judgment.
