You can't really buy this.  I just like the idea that Frank loved martinis that much.  Look at all those fucking ingredients!  (Incidentally, this is the real cover of a cookbook he released doctored up a bit)  

If you want to make a martini, throw a tiny splash of vermouth over ice in a shaker, add gin liberally, shake, strain, add olives.  Presto, you're a high roller.
